Restitution Ltd is a specialist provider of commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution funding.

It has carved out a niche in the marketplace and over the past 10 years has worked with law firms and their clients on claims with damages ranging from tens of thousands right up to multimillion-pound claims.

Media House was brought in at the start of 2022 to carry out strategic public relations and help raise the profile of Restitution and litigation funding in general.

Working with Frances Sim WS, General Counsel for Restitution Ltd and a member of the Society of Writers to Her Majesty’s Signet (WS Society), Media House devised a campaign around the firm’s 10-year anniversary and secured widespread media coverage amongst the top legal titles and business press, such as Lawyer Monthly, Law Scot, Daily Business Group, and more.

Media House continues to work with Frances, a leading expert in her field with over 20 years’ experience working in private practice before joining Restitution, writing opinion pieces, securing commentary opportunities and offering advice articles on key topics including the likes of how to secure litigation funding.
